Organizational Psychology Concentration


Put your knowledge of psychology to work. The Organizational Psychology concentration explores the behavior of individuals and groups in businesses and organizations to determine how to optimize performance and human potential in the workplace. From addressing complex issues such as workplace diversity and anti-discrimination polices to motivating employees and enhancing the quality of work environments, learn how to apply psychology principles and research to create practical solutions that address common human resource and leadership challenges.
